Greetings from the Beta Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi!
We are so glad that you have taken an interest in our brotherhood and have decided
to visit our website! The International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi is a professional
business fraternity for both men and women that lasts not just through college but
for a lifetime. The Beta Kappa chapter was founded at the University of Texas at
Austin in 1983 and continues to uphold the same pillars of professionalism, philanthropy,
and social activities as when our Fraternity was founded in 1907 at New York University.
Whether we are suiting up to consult local companies or dressing up for our end
of the semester formal, our general attitude is to “work hard, play hard.” Aside
from providing opportunities to network with top firms, we also place great emphasis
on our more casual, social events to build our brotherhood. Moreover, we take this
frame of mind when we dedicate a week of service to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
of Austin or invest our time with Junior Achievement, among other projects.
From within our chapter to the campus and to our community, we are leaving a positive
mark as leaders, mentors, and motivated people. This national recognition has helped
our most recent graduating brothers to accept offers from top firms, including Deloitte,
PWC, KPMG, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Pariveda Solutions, and General Mills, just
to name a few. Yet when you join Delta Sigma Pi, you are joining not only a network
of more than 220,000 active members across the world but a family.
The brothers of Beta Kappa strongly believe that developing each member to his or
her fullest potential is key to the success of the Fraternity. We are dedicated
to building each brother personally, professionally, and academically to prepare
them for the business world. Additionally, here at Beta Kappa, we pride ourselves
in the amount of resources and support each brother receives in discovering his
or her passion and pursuing his or her goals.
